Family run bodega. Total sweethearts, good drink selection, GREAT candy (like haribo gummies and sour strips), and solid ice cream case. If you have a good dog, sometimes they will get a little treat from behind the counter. Nothing not to like about this neighborhood spot.

The family that runs Chuck's is incredibly friendly and goes above and provide a great market to the neighborhood. After mentioning that we loved a beer that is hard to find in California, they began stocking it! So nice of them. There is a great selection of pantry staples, drinks, ice cream, snacks, and a bit of produce.

Great SF neighborhood market. I have been stopping in for at least 30 years and watched Chuck's boys grow into responsible and kind men. Chuck is a neighborhood stalwart, always friendly and smiling. The store is well stocked and reasonably priced. Being open seven days a week for long hours can't be easy and Chuck is present mist if the time. He takes care of his neighbors. Thank you Chuck and family!

Chuck's is my go-to place for wine, milk, household supplies, snacks and friendly service. They are always so welcoming and always say hi to my dog. They have become a staple in the community and I'm so glad they are still supporting us during the COVID-self quarantine.

I've been visiting Chuck's several times a week for more than 8 years, so a review is long overdue. Chuck's isn't the closest store to my house (there's at least one closer convenience store, and a Safeway that's significantly closer), but I always go to Chuck's instead. It's a true family-run operation, from Chuck and his wife, Samiya, to his sons Chris and George, to Chris's fiance. And they are all awesome. Friendly and helpful, happy to see you even when you're only dropping in so your dogs can get a free treat -- and our dogs genuinely believe that the entire point of a walk is to go to Chuck's -- or pick up a package they kindly let us have delivered there. But the selection is so good that we usually buy wine, ice cream, cheese, etc., whenever we stop in. Sure it's more expensive, but convenience costs. And I don't mind, because they truly make the neighborhood a better place. I've seen them give their dinners to local homeless, and they kindly treat anyone who comes in, even if they're not in a good way for some reason or another. Chuck's is truly a local treasure!

Sun Valley dairy is an old fashion mom and pop store; Chuck, owner is a delightful man who is quiet but friendly. He quickly become a friend and you will often the customers reminiscing about the neighborhood. The store has a little of everything which it nice because going to the super market can be a real chore. Sun Valley Dairy is a real gem in this nice Noe Valley neighborhood.

A true neighborhood corner market! It offers a surprisingly large amount of items all displayed neatly and cleanly. The owner is the reason I stop in here frequently. He's a great guy that genuinely enjoys his business and all of the people that stop in to buy whatever they may need. I'm there often for Lottery tickets and not once has he forgotten to wish me good luck. I've scratched off quite a few winners there too! Just won $40.00. Whoo-hoo!

I love my neighborhood corner store! I can get my rice crackers, cereal, rice milk, Morning Star breakfast sausages, Smart Water, Amy's gluten free frozen pizza, and organic cheese here. And they even have monthly muni passes! And Chuck & his wife & everybody who works here are so genuinely nice. This place makes the grocery shopping experience bearable.
